1. Processing Time

For ready-to-ship artwork, processing takes 2-3 business days. For custom handmade paintings, production time can take between 2 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece.

2. Shipping Origins

All our products are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our art gallery in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

3. Courier Partners

We partner with reliable international and domestic couriers including DHL, FedEx, and BlueDart to ensure secure and timely delivery of your valuable art.

4. Delivery Timelines

• Domestic (India): 3-5 business days after dispatch.
• International: 7-14 business days after dispatch.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to trace your shipment in real-time.

6. International Shipping & Customs

We ship globally. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
